Yes, we honor all requests that are appropriate for the particular occasion and which don’t go against any of the special wishes for the event.
We strictly use mp3’s in order to put forth the optimal audio quality for your event.
Yes. If you would like to do this, please inform us one week before the event so that we can ensure it is properly uploaded into our software and will play without any problems.

Yes, a light show is available for a small additional fee which can be discussed during the booking of your event.

We do not include gratuity in our prices, but gratuity is recommended if you feel it is appropriate based on our performance. The decision lies solely with you.
We recommend at least two weeks for a small event and a month for large events. Of course, exceptions can be made on a per case basis. Please contact us for further information.
